Nope. Although it's true that most natural breasts are different in size, from subtle to substantial, this actress's boobs are also horribly misshapen.
The right one is nearly a cylinder, with a very flat front surface and sides that curve upward in an arc, and the left one is a weird misshapen cone.
This girl had some very, very bad breast augmentation which looked fine when all packed into a bra or bathing suit, but was really horrific when let loose.
She is from a time when augmentation was not at its highest quality yet, and many surgeons were just taking money and doing a bad job.
I have no idea why she thought doing a nude scene in a relatively mainstream movie was a good idea, she truly looked deformed.
And saggy / oddly shaped to boot... I was more grossed out by her boobs than any of the gore, lol.

I actually didn't notice any mismatching, I was just weirded out by the shape of her right breast because the camera angle gave a better look at the profile of that one. Sharp boob, would still bang. She's a pretty, white haired old lady now.
