Bob Hauk=Fresno Bob

In the movie, Snake mentions a mutual friend of his and Brain's who was killed during a previous job in Kansas City four years previously. His name was apparently Fresno Bob. But, I wanted to propose a theory: "Fresno" Bob is still alive, and is in fact our beloved warden, Bob Hauk. Here's my theory: Snake and Brain never met Bob face-to-face. Maybe he only spoke to them over radio. Like he was their recon or dispatcher guy, giving them info. He worked with them in KC, but only over radio. But Bob was in fact an undercover member of the USPF, and was luring them into a trap. Snake thought it was Brain/Harold who set him up, because he vanished when things went south, but in fact he bailed because he figured out the job was a trap. Snake thought Bob was killed by the bad guys or the cops, because they lost contact, but in fact he was the one calling the shots. Snake and Brain got away, but the police succeeded in catching the rest, and, as a reward, Fresno Bob, aka Hauk, was awarded position of warden in New York. I know it's a stretch, only assuming this because both share the name Bob, a very common name, but think about it: can it really be a coincidence that Brain is now in the very prison Snake was going to be sent to,the very prison Hauk is in charge of? Hauk, after all, is strangely too familiar with how Snake works and thinks: he knew Snake would try to run away as soon as he left the station, unless he was forced into serving them with that bomb in his neck. I think the time he spent undercover working with Snake and Brain over the radio allowed him to learn how they work, and allowed him to track down Brain and arrest him, and later to catch Snake during the bank robbery. Bob Hauk IS Fresno Bob. What are your thoughts? Plausible, or too far-fetched?
