Why wasn't this added in scariest movie moments?

This is very scary as a woman being raped by something or someone you can't see and you can't seem to fight off.

Yeah. The bathtub scene is one of the best jump moments in horror cinema history. I come to see that this film is often forgotten these days for only god knows why. It's a truly remarkable production complete with class-A acting and production values, not to mention intelligent handling of the material, and a score to chill to the bone!

When will you ever learn, this feeling is all you can discern?

Every attack that woman has is terrifying to me. Too bad this movie is over looked.

Very true. First time I saw the film, I grew extremely tense EVERY time she was onscreen alone, whether rape followed or not. Suffice it to say my jaw dropped every time she was attacked.

You and me both. This film is scary because of that one thing we fear : rape. But what can I say ? Hollywood, you know.
