LOL. He hated it. What else? He and Roger didn't have a talent for the imagination outside the box. It's as if they like what the common movie-goer would or does like. No style at all. You'd think they'd appreciate the serious nature of the film and the dedication it took to get it made. Then again...most critics are film buffs at most, with nothing more than an opinion, and that is as common as anything, so it's nothing special.

"Poltergeist rip-off"? Please. Both pictures were shot in 1981 AND The Entity was actually based on a book written years before either were developed as projects. Goes to show you what little looking into the facts he did. I don't think I read any mention of this being based on a book, let alone factual events. 

When will you ever learn, this feeling is all you can discern?
