Looking for an italian ninja movie

When I was young, I used to watch what seemed to be an italian ninja movie.

I can remember several scenes but not the title. Among those scenes, there was some kind of waterfall/river fight with "red ninjas", a stealth infiltration in what looked like a japanese garden (the ninja was swiming under or near a small bridge), a night fight sequence involving shurikens or trowing knives and a strange (final maybe) scene in which the white ninja fights his ennemis in a modern office type building.

Also, I remember that the trademark of the main character (the white ninja) was that everytime he kills an ennemy (or a bunch of them), he imediately cleans his katana with a kleenex!

Is this movie "Enter the Ninja"?
