Nero's Voice?

Has anyone ever heard of a version of this soundtrack with Franco Nero's actual voice (either in English or Italian)?

i have this movie on vhs...complete with the cock-fights and Nero's actual voice

That rules...So, they dubbed his voice in later versions? It sounded like that...which ultimately adds to the camp appeal, of this hidden gem. Could you post some examples on youtube?

I have this movie on VHS and as far as I know it is the complete version with Franco Nero's original voice. I know because at the end of the film they list Franco Nero as the one that re dubbed that version. I believe the versions you are referring to with dubbed voices are probably either foreign or bootleg copies.

I have a vhs copy with his lines dubbed. I hate that, especially when I'm so used to his own voice.

I always thought that was his own voice- it sounds exactly the same as it does in "Force 10 From Navarone", minus his cheesy attempt at a Yugoslavian accent in that one.
