i'm named after Jade......

my mother was pregnant with me when she went to see this movie in the theater. she fell in love with the name "jade".......and now here i still am 29 years later.
when i was a little girl and asked her if i could see the movie i was named after, she said "it was a dumb love movie. i just really liked the character's name, and she was beautiful."
just felt like sharing this. :P

Mick Jagger's daughter is named Jade, too.

I love that name...partially because of this novel.

I've always loved the name Jade (because of this movie). If I had ever had a daughter, I would've named her that.
