According to an old Fangoria interview with Reggie Nalder, who played 'Chairman on the Devil's council', Cosby was a jerk with an attitude on the set- not friendly to others. I gues Cosby really was getting 'into it'.

Its sad to hear that he acted like a jerk to others on the film set.
But I'm not really that surprised, I've read he has acted that way many times on sets before.
His comedy is great, but he often seems to act snotty in interviews.

"I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus."
"Didn't he discover America?"
"Penfold, shush."

Yeah, it's been common knowledge for years that when Cosby is around, he expects everyone to bow and scrape before him.

I have a new philosophy. I'm only going to dread one day at a time.

Actually I worked with Cosby once a year for about 10 years back in the '80s when he emceed the Los Angeles Playboy Jazz Festival at the Hollywood Bowl. (I was on the production staff.) He was always friendly and never any trouble. He had a nickname for me, "Muscles," which is kind of funny since I'm 5'3 and weighed about 125 pounds in those days, but every time I ran into him it seemed I was carrying something rather heavy.

He loved jazz, and loved working the PJF. The money he received was next to nothing for someone of his standing, so he HAD to want to be there.

He probably HATED working on dreck like "The Devil and Max Devlin." I hope he WAS handsomely paid for that P.O.S.
