Wow, hardcore punk sucks

I mean, I already knew this back in my younger days, but I thought I'd get a new perspective now that I'm older, but this documentary didn't change my mind at all, in fact it reinforced my previous perception.
The only ones that had any decent music were Fear, all the others were an excercise in embarrasement and a total lack of talent in the songwriting department. Singers that didn't even care to sing on the mike, Jesus...
And all of the shows were complete sausagefests, no wonder they were pissed off cause they all knew after the shows they were gonna head home and masturbate. How deppresive, no wonder Germs vocalist offed himself.

Well, Darby Crash was gay so a sausage fest would have been ok with him, out of any of them...

"...I could tell you blood-curdling stories...but me throat's gone dry..."

The Germs are probably the worst band in the movie. But I enjoy listening to them sometimes even. I think this music is a lot of fun.

I wouldn't have minded a bit more about a music and a bit less about the attitudes. But this is a compelling look at the anger that inspired that music. 8/10 stars from me.
