I am amazed at CBS

I was shocked to he learned this movie premired on CBS. I had no idea that CBS would show such a scary movie like this. This movie was great. I call this a true horror movie. The fact that it was so good was that it was made around the golden age of horror/slasher type movies, you had "Halloween II", "Friday, the 13th", "Funhouse", and many others. I guess the main significance of the movie is the fact that the whole cast wasn't teenagers, and that it focused on those middle age people.

I can't think of too many other made for TV movies that was scary, and excellent like this one.

You said it! I don't watch CBS unless it's the news.

This one would be a great annual movie to play every Halloween. Especially with the classic CBS graphics that I saw on the 2010 DVD release. A good movie, and it could move in to classic territory if it gets enough public word-of-mouth.

One of the scariest TV horror movies of all time.

First time I saw it was on CBS back in 1980 or 1981. Then TBS showed it several times in the late 80's on Night flix on Friday or Saturday night. This movie goes to show you that a good horror movie can be made on a small budget without special effects.
