A slice of history

I love it. I love the kids in it. The real feal of those time. It's when you see this movie you realise how dirty and grim those times where. Terry and the idiots is a classic. I love it when he gets the pint of bear thrown over him in the pub and he just crumbles the rest of the set. Sid and Nancy interviews are the golden gem for any punk fan. The print needs a clean but maybe that adds to films feel. Fav lines "Fifteen!" "Sixteen!" " Where is he now? He's resting in the rose garden"

I got into punk in 1982 (i.e. right after hardcore pretty much took over) and over the years at some point I saw grainy old film of early punk rock stuff happening in the 70s, and I was tickled that there was so much long hair and facial hair on those early punks. They didn't look like the sort of punks I was familiar with, but you can just tell by looking into their faces and eyes, they were INTO IT. After finally watching this movie the other day, I'm pretty sure that old footage I saw must have come directly from it.
