John Belushi could act

He definitely could act. I believed him in the role, he WAS this guy, Souchak...the only reason I can think of that this movie didn't work was that the Bluto-heads weren't ready to see him in a completely different light for nearly 2 hours. I was ready, I thought he was great. As soon as I heard "Belushi does drama", I waited not very patiently until it opened. Now's the time for a proper DVD release...dare I say Criterion.
