Who is that in the 'Laser Lady' scene?

When Natalia is confronted by the children wielding comic books and she discovers that Woody used her likeness to create "Laser Lady", there is a girl who looks very much like Melissa Gilbert of "Little House" fame. However, since she isn't credited, I cannot verify this. Anyone know if it's her or not?
