Istanbul Express

Whilst the drink itself is obviously made up for the film, and it would be quite impossible to drink a flaming beverage, close your mouth, and then spit out the liquid still aflame, were you to have an appropriate source of ignition handy (a cigarette lighter would do) and had sufficient practice with fire-breathing to avoid seriously injuring yourself I would suggest the following recipe;

Three shots of dark rum, preferably spiced, a shot of calvados and two shots of suma (Difficult to obtain outside Turkey, but you might be able to track down a supplier online). The rum and calvados should complement the astonishingly harsh suma rather well, and given that suma is over 95% pure alcohol it'll light with a large and brilliant blue flame.
A triple of the above would obviously be an exceedingly dangerous drink as it would be 450ml of almost pure alcohol.

I couldn't possibly leave this comment without my sincere suggestion that trying this drink would probably constitute grounds for incarceration in a hospital for the profoundly insane.

Also I'd recommend people don't try fire-breathing without extensive training from an expert.
