I was a little too young to remember this movie, but I seem to remember being highly amused by it, and it was one my family often watched. I haven't seen it since I was 4, and my husband has never seen it, and I think it's one that he would really enjoy. My problem is I can't find it to rent anywhere, not even available from Netflix, and I'd really like to watch it first before forking over $30+ for a movie that I may have overly romanticized. Any suggestions?
sharePersonally I don't think it's worth it. The movie is padded out so much and by the time they get to any of the action scenes, even those seem to drag on. The car chase is okay, only bcz the car looks all cool and retro. I remember liking the movie as a kid but I just watched it and it fell so flat. The lead is annoying, and the movie relies too much on the theme music pumping up the audience. There's really not much of a story, either. It's just a really really slow rescue. This movie is suppose to be a comedy but I can only remember laughing at one or two moments, even as a kid, and never finding any of the rest amusing in the least. That's just my opinion, though.

shareIt will work on your computer. Just download AnyDVDtray by Slysoft and you wont have to worry about it changing region codes from one to the other with a limit to how many times you can do it.
Plus, you can use programs to copy it as a region free back up disc.

This is the version I have. Not necessarily cheap but not unaffordable either. I think I paid around $20 or a little over when I got it, and it was worth it for me.
