Question about the mens curls
At the very end Danny had decided to transfer to Columbia and he cut off his curls. I could be wrong but I thought in order to get into heaven men had to have those curls.

Regardless, the curls are called peyos and the halacha (the jewish law) states that your sideburns need to be a certain length (i forgot the exact length but it's a little bit below the top of your ear i think). Chassidik Jews keep them longer because of a Chumra (stringensy on the law), but it is not halacha. Therefore, he was still keeping the law, just not as much emphasis as his community does.
