Just wached for the first time last night, wanted it to turn into porn..

...it was fun and goofy-funny (and sometimes knowingly clever-funny, bit of wink-&-nod at the audience here and there). There was plenty of eye candy, both the ladies and at least two or three of the dudes (Quaid and Matuszak). Ahead of its time with the caveman couple too. Some rapey overtones for sure (actually it was pretty overt, nevermind overtones, with Ringo Starr's character attempting to rape Barabara Bach's), but although played for laughs, kind of accurate to how things would've been for prehistoric females (and any weaker or caught-off-guard males too). Probably about the only thing that is accurate about the film, not that this is the place to look for accuracy and the setting is fantasy anyway with dinos living at the same time as humans.

I guess I find prehistoric settings hot (not thinking of the hygiene, as many brought up in other threads -- that doesn't play in to the fantasy at all)...everyone running around in next-to-nothing, the biggest concerns being food, security, and sex...before I found myself enjoying the film, I thought since it was bad that it'd be nice if it just took a left turn and turned into porn instead.

Anyone else ?
