Poster of baseball pitcher?

In one scene, the characters of Mr Segal and Mr Washington are sitting in the front room of a well worn apartment. On the wall behind them is a poster of a baseball pitcher. Is that the same image that was used in Cheers (it was displayed over the cash register), presented as showing Sam Malone in his heyday with the Red Sox?

That's not the same image. In Cheers, the pitcher is white, Jim Lonborg from 1968, and in Carbon Copy the pitcher is black, looks like Bob Gibson.

This will be the high point of my day; it's all downhill from here.
