Does anybody have the Uncle Ed interview with Pia?

Uncle Ed, a TV personality for Kansas City Channel 42, did an interview with Pia in the early to mid 80's that flabbergasted us it was so funny. Pia starts off saying she'd had something she'd never had before coming to KC, which was 'steak soup'. Uncle Ed starts to work on her, asking her questions from the 'steak suop' line, and my friends and I are laughing our heads off. We thought it was one of the funniest things we had ever seen. As a mature adult I might not find it so funny, but I'd always wanted to see it again. I think Pia was promoting this movie, or maybe her next one. Uncle Ed was always amusing, but on this night he was inspired at the genius level, or so we thought. Please comment here, or email if you know where I might find it. Thanks.
