i mean, at first i thought, ok, it wasnt funny, but it's old. but the worst thing is that it's like an r-rated kids movie. i mean it has the little family/kids storyline, but it's rated r. and it wasnt even funny!

I remember seeing it listed in TV Guide over a decade ago with a good star rating and thinking it sounded boring (hauling a bunch of kids across the country ). I finally watched for the first time tonight on TV and it wasn't bad. I think the classic phrase "good but flawed" applies here.
shareI thought Bustin Loose was an overall decent movie, the last third act did drag but the road trip scenes and the scenes before that were really good, overall I give "Bustin' Loose" a 6/10
