Rotten Tomatoes score

This is one the most laughable horror movies ever made, and that's why it has a fanbase to this day. But what in the holy mother of ass is it doing with 100% on RT? That's topping movies like Apocalypse Now and Wizard of Oz. It's because it has 6 positive reviews and no negative ones. That's living proof of the one flaw in how RT rates movies. So if ever you encounter someone who tries to tell you a certain movies good or bad due to the RT score, just say "The Burning has 100% on there, that's who you're siding with."

Even if every critic who reviewed it coincidentally rated it 6/10, a pretty average rating, that would give it a 100% score. It's not that hard to believe.

But yeah, youre right, that's why IMDB shoes are more accurate!

100% doesn't mean the film is a 10/10. It means out of the reviews it's been given, every review is positive. 6/10 is technically a positive score. So if everyone gave it a 6/10 it'll have 100% positive rating. It baffles me a site like RT that's been going for years people still don't understand how it works.
