Wilder, MGM and Paula Prentiss

Billy Wilder made this film at MGM and neither Wilder nor Paula Prentiss ever comments much on this film or their working together. Wilder covered some of this film in Cameron Crowe's book Conversations With WIlder but lovely Paula has never commented on working with Wilder or Lemmon or Matthau. If Paula Prentiss has can someone refer me to that conversation. This was the first movie Paula Prentiss made at her home studio MGM after leaving that studio in 1965

The studio system was in it's death throes when PP was first making the scene in the early 60's. I doubt very much if she ever thought of MGM as her "home studio".

A ironclad 7 Year contract would imply to many that MGM was PP's home studio:
Where The Boys Are, Honeymoon Machine, Follow The Boys, Bachelor in Paradise
Horizontal Lieutenant and her cameo in Looking for Love were all MGM films. PP was loaned out by MGM to Universal for Mans Favorite Sport, to UA for The World of Henry Orient and What's New Pussycat, and to Paramount for In Harm's Way
