Blood Beach Movie Poster

Good day,
I have been attempting to determine the identity of the cover model. I made an effort to contact Compass International Pictures, but did not receive a response. I find she bears a strong resemblance to Olga Karlatos, specifically from Lucio Fulci's Zombi(1979). I also do not know who designed the poster. Any suggestions as to the identity of the bikini clad damsel in distress?
