I'm watching this on Netflix streaming right now and I had to cover my eyes when he found the dead rats inside the wall. I can't handle rats, dead or alive. UGH!

Heh, then I wouldn't suggest that you watch "Willard" 1971 or the 1972 movie called "Ben".
