Mistakes

During the opening credits, the camera is inside a car (Arthur's limo) driving on Manhattan streets and they show a movie marquee advertising "Deep Throat" and "The Devil in Miss Jones", two big porn movies of ~1972-74. Mistake (using ancient stock footage), or did those flicks really play in theaters up through the summer of 1980 (when Arthur was shot)?

When hooker Gloria exits Arthur's building on the morning after, she rifles through the cash she was just paid. No real New Yorker flashes cash while walking the street. That's how you get robbed.
