Trying to remember

My dad rented a movie many years ago called "The Appointment". Upon reading about it, this may be the one, but I'm still not sure. Can someone help me??? Okay, what I remember from the movie I saw are two things:


1. I remember the cover of the movie having roses and maybe some blood, but I'm not sure. I'm definitely sure about the roses, though.


2. I remember a girl walking along a large fence that was like a wall. It was covered with grass and flowers that had grown over time and also, roses were on it, too.


Is this that movie because I've been trying to remember this for almost 20 years now??? Thanks in advance.
