score for Americana

Having never seen Carradine's Americana, I'm wondering if someone can respond and saying about the filmscore - particularly the bits with the carousel visuals. Are there any waltzes or waltz-like musical bits when the carousel is in view? Thanks.

Yes, the music is staggered but waltzy like what you spoke of. The beginning of the film starts with a duet sung by David and his daughter Calista. It's a haunting song and an altogether haunting film. Try and find it if you can. It's very stark and atmospheric. I put it on I'm in a weary state where too much confusion has gone on. It's quiet.
