36 Chowringhee on Video/DVD???

I saw this probably in the 1980s on a PBS TV station from New York City. Does anyone know if it's available anywhere for sale on DVD or video format? I looked up that the UC Berkeley library bought it from an "Al Mansoor Video Centre" in the UAE, but I'm wondering if anyone has other info about buying it in the US.
