Did Gargamel know the smurfs by name other than Papa Smurf and Smurfette
I never heard him call the other smurfs by name other than those two. Just wondering.

Not sure but it makes reasonable sense if he didn't. I don't know about in the show but in the comic, didn't Gargamel create Smurfette? So it makes sense to know her name, and Papa Smurf as their leader is the one Gargamel interacts with most, again logical that he should know his name. He hasn't much reason to call any of the others by name.
Still, I feel like he must have called at least one of the others by name at some point in at least one episode...maybe the one with the sleeping spell?
A little late, but he did call Poet Smurf by name. Gargamel had captured most of the smurfs except for Poet and Painter. Poet read a tragic poem about how there'd be no more smurfs left if Gargamel ate them all. Gargamel cried and said something like, "go away Poet Smurf, you're the one I'll let live."
Meanwhile Painter freed the others.
I don't think he cared enough to call them by name, but I'm sure he did know the Smurfs were individuals. In the comics he occasionally created traps tailored to appeal to specific smurfs.
