Annoying characters

Sassette, Scruple, Grandpa Smurf, Grandma Smurf(?), Wild Smurf, the new more annoying Brainy Smurf and(even though I could tolerate him more) Puppy- I found all these characters annoying.

I think all these new additions caused the cast to become overpopulated, which helped do the show in.

Brainy was very annoying and I never realized how annoying he really was when I was young until I started watching the Smurfs again since I've grown up. Wow, he really had a lot of nerve a lot of times. I still like the character, though, despite his annoyance. He gave some color to the show and I LOVED it when the other smurfs would throw him on his head at the end of most of the episodes. Hilarious.

As for other annoying characters, I would say Big Mouth and Hogatha. Big Mouth was just a nuisance to everyone around him. He ate everyone else's food and was very destructive. Very annoying on screen.

Hogatha was mainly annoying for that obnoxious snorting. Other than that she was just a bumbling idiot.

So that's it, that's my take on annoying characters in the Smurfs. I could probably go on and on with other characters, but I'll stop here.

I found the smurflings to be annoying, the way they were always going "smurf a roo," and saying and doing other annoying stuff. Aside from that I found Clumsy annoying. He meant well but he was always tripping over everything, getting in the way, and messing stuff up. Although Brainy could be annoying I actually like him because he's comic relief, and besides, when he does become too annoying he gets thrown out of the village. I also found Smurfette to be annoying. Gargamel was comic relief as was Scruple and Big Mouth.

The most annoying character, who isn't meant to be annoying, is in my opinion Puppy. I immensly disliked that oh so cute dog even as a child. And while I have nothing against Nanny, I also dislike the pink bear, who was travelling with her, and whose name I have forgotten.
