Will the Cinemax years be released also on DVD?

I never was fortunate to have access to Cinemax during the years following the NBC run of SCTV so I have no idea what the quality of those episodes was like. So for different reasons I hope they release those as well on DVD. Not sure who controls the rights to them however. Would it be a different bunch of folks?

All I know for sure though is they didn't have John Candy, Dave Thomas and Rick Moranis (except for special guest appearances...which is better than not at all I suppose).

Still, a little Bobby Bittman goes alooooong ways.

I imagine there was a lot of Count Floyd and Ed Grimley.

I hope they release those episodes to(season 6), I gotta admit that I like season 6 better than season 5. I don't think it would be hard for them to release season 6 or the first 3 seasons cause they did'nt have any musical guests like the 90 minute shows. John Candy did the season premier of season 6 and it was'nt in syndication, neither was the final episode(Pledge Week). But i'm hopin' they release every single season in its entirety. I'm tired of watching it in synidication.

The plan is to finish the Network 90s first (hopefully they'll release a complete season 5 boxset this summer), then move to the 30 minute episodes, then to Cinemax.

Yeah I was just thinkin' bout' that, maybe they should have season 5 come out in one set. There are only 12 episodes in total, and if not they should have cycle 4&5 released on the same day. Kinda' like what Nelly did with his albums "Sweat" and "Suit".
