Funniest bit I remember

A confrontation between the Captain and the Colonel.
=============================================================
She couldn't stand it any more and came to ask the Colonel just why she was always getting passed over for promotion.

[Col Fielding:] Do you remember the Christmas when you were working at the Pentagon and General "Smith" asked you to send a complimentary turkey to Division Headquarters? You got it backwards and sent the 61st Armored Division to Turkey for Christmas!
[Capt Lewis:] If I could, I'd apologize personally to each and every one of those boys.
[Col Fielding:] Well, you can start with me!
[Assistant knocks and enters]
[Assistant:] Sir, General "Arkwright" for you on line 1.
[Col Fielding:] Thank you. [grabs phone] Mirahaba, Pasha! [Continues in Turkish until Capt Lewis gives up and exits.] [Fade Out]

For me that show wasn't about Judy Benjamin. It was all about Cpt. Lewis and Sgt. Ross. I think that's one of the best things about the movie and yet they weren't given enough screen time. Although, I remember enjoying Lorna Patterson's Judy Benjamin than the other girl whose name I can't remember. Not Goldie Hawn, but if I remember correctly there was an other actress that played her.

Capt Lewis was more memorable than Private Benjamin.

Eileen Brennan was the only one that made the show watchable. May she rest in peace.
