Old Mayor Koch Episode

I have been burning up the internet looking for an episode of peoples court that featured ed koch as judge,in which a mechanic had driven a customer's Buick through a wall because the car had two gas pedals.I believe the episode was called "Repairman turns into rocketman" I have no date,and the show' site has been no help.I would greatly appreciate any info or resources.thanks
