Pterri?

Who was Pterri voiced by? I know John Paragon (who also played Jambi) did his voice in Pee-Wee's Playhouse, but he's not credited here as Pterri. It says that John Paragon played Jambi. So, did he also do Pterri? If he did, why isn't he credited? Sometimes Pterri sounded like he does in Pee-Wee's Playhouse, but sometimes he doesn't, so I'm just not sure if it's John Paragon, or if someone else is doing Pterri's voice.
