So glad I found it!!!!

I've been looking for information about this show for YEARS....trying to do Google searches and IMDB searches for what little I could remember about it. All I really could remember was loving the show, especially theme song and the opening....I believe all 3 characters are sitting on the window sill or fire escape singing the song. I couldn't remember who was in it or exactly what it was about, I just knew there was a man living with a woman and her daughter. I came across this page by accident, looking for something else entirely, and jumped out of my chair as I read the description. So glad there are other fans out there! We've got to campaign to get it on DVD....I'm following Zaxzar's advice right now:

I loved that song too! Some of the lyrics I remember (the actors really sang it though they weren't the best singers)

Ok, so it was my fave show and the theme song was a lullaby for my son, so here's the words as I remember them:

O.K. but when I came to this board the cast listing is different than I remember. It says nothing about Swoozie Kurtz (who could forget that name) and Tony Randall. I know we are talking about the same show, though because I remember the theme song, too. What is up with their cast listing?

I think they could make money on letting companies like AMAZON allowing customers to watch it online
