Episodes "Rites of Spring" and "Jungle Madness"

These two great episodes recycled the plot of an episode of Delvecchio, "Bad Shoot": http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0557532/combined

I don't have a problem with that because Delvecchio didn't get the audience it deserved and the plot was rewoven into two episodes.

Michael Kozoll co creator of Hill Street wrote that episode so probably just recycled the plot as Rites of Spring and Jungle Madness were rushed into production by the Network.
