Mandela effect?

In the pilot, I recall Bill pulling a .45 automatic on Tony in the diner when they first meet. I just watched the pilot this week, and it was a .38 special.

I also recalled the suit being red, but it looks orange in the pilot now. Did they change it to red in the rest of the series?

Or is this a parallel universe?
