...have it that there is a planned re-make with George Clooney as Colt Seavers... Who would be to play Howie and Jodie ?

I don't want to see a remake; I want someone to release the series on dvd. No one could replace the original cast.

I am looking for some episodes. I have none. I was wondering if you wanted me to transfer a couple to DVD. I would do that for free in exchange for me making a copy for myself. And you would benefit by having these transfered to DVD without paying anyone or buying blank DVD disks.

Had any luck ? I am just browsing to get more info about some of the classics from my childhood together...Unfortunately the interest in those shows ( or Roseanne or the A Team ) on DVD is not really high , eh ?

I agree that remaking this series makes no sense, and is probably doomed to failure. But on the plus side, that will probably spark a DVD release just like the Starsky and Hutch film spawned DVDs of the series and the just-released V collection is being released in front of a new V miniseries for later this year...

I've heard the same but filming hasnt even begun by all acounts but I'd swear ive heard other rumors that very short,with no film at all, preview anouncements are being shown in the theater. Being a child of the 80's rumors of big screen versions of dukes of hazzard,the a-team,and now the fall guy has me on pins and needles.

How about Jessica Simpson as Jody and Ashton Kutcher as Howie.

Ewww! If they considered Ashton Kutcher, I would barf. They need to release the original series on dvd. Lee Majors is the *only* Colt Seaver!

jessica simpson does not look right as daisy in dukes of hazzard,does not do daisy justice.. so as jodie.. no way. DVD 1st before a film...

i wanna see full series collection.. id pay £50 for that at least.. that silver and brown pick up is awesome..

no fall guy on dvd yet but amazon.com will send me an email when it becomes available. The first two seasons of A-team(which I love) and the first season of roseanne just came out so maybe fall guy will be just around the corner? at least they're showing reruns on tv again.

I would love to see a remake of the fall guy I dont know if george clooney would be a good colt seavers though, it would take someone a little more southern in my opinion.

'Soemone a little more Southern'? How about Bill Clinton? He would be perfect as the new Colt Seavers (ignore the fact that he is probably older than Lee Majors) He would be in his element in THAT hot-tub.
