Delta Burke in the pilot?

The pretty southern waitress it the outdoor restaurant sure looks and sounds like her so I was surprised to not see her name in the opening or closing rundown. This unnamed character has multiple lines across two scenes, but there are a lot of generic "girl _" credits linked to this episode making it's hard to sort out who's who. If it isn't her which bit actor credit is this waitress? If this is Burke, then why isn't she credited here when she is credited for her role later in the series?
