Does anyone know if Doctor Snuggles was an MD or a PhD?

Hmmm... Good question. I'd say both. The good doctor always seemed like a true Renaissance Man to me.

There were no indications that he was a medical doctor, if I remember correctly.
So I guess that he was a PhD.
