I just learned from this site that Terry Scott, the voice of beloved Penfold, had passed away.
One of my favorite cartoons, and cartoon voices EVER!!!
Rest in peace, Mr. Scott. You definitely made your mark.

Actually, they all had a go at voicing Leatherhead - he hardly spoke, so Terry only got to say about 1.5 lines for him.

shareYes, this bodes ill for the new DM. Although David Jason is still around[ The Narrator is my favorite character, & DM my 3rd], I don't know how they'd do it without Penfold[ although they did a great job on Bullwinkle despite the fact Moose's original VA was dead ]. Penfold's jokes I can NEVER see coming.
