...the episode where Penfold was possessed or under some spell, and he became a karate expert who was kicking DM's ass? I can't remember all the details, but I'd love to rewatch that episode if anybody remembers the title.

Was that the one where Penfold ate candy or some food that had an experiment mixed in??
The one where he turned into the Blue Flash? And yelled "FRUIT DROPS!"
