Question about episode 10, Persistance of Memory

Cosmos was made in 1980. However, toward the end of this episode, where Carl is touching on the computer revolution, they show a flash of a screen showing Netscape Navigator, a Web browser that came out in the 90s. How was this done?

Ah, thank you. That would explain why some of the graphics looked a little too complicated to have been done in 1980. :-)
