Encore Western channel - 'Welcome To Sweetwater'

Why does the Encore Western channel keep skipping the episode "Welcome To Sweetwater"??? If anyone has a copy, PLEASE send me a private message. I have lots of other TV shows I can offer in trade, or I'd be willing to pay the cost of a blank DVD + postage. Thanks!
