Missing scenes?

It says that at least two scenes are missing from The Original Uncut Version DVD. Is this true?
It is marked as needing citation (the authour isnt sure basically). I too was shocked to read this and would also like to know if this is true.

"Bevor der Kaleun seine Leute vor der Ausfahrt begrüsst, wird der Kriegsberichterstatter Leutnant Werner vom Leitenden Ingenieur eigentlich auf die bevorstehende "Rede" aufmerksam gemacht, und sagt anschliessend (nach den paar Worten des Kaleuns) nochmal ironisch zu Werner: "Tolle Rede, was?". Auf unserer Serien-DVD-Fassung sagt unser Leitender aber leider nix, weils rausgeeschnitten ist.
Als das U-Boot unter Beschuss gerät, wird getaucht, bis eine Tiefe erreicht ist, bei der die Konstruktion arg in Anspruch genommen wird. Schon passiert es, und die Bolzen fliegen durch die Gegend. Two lines of dialogue appear to be missing. I haven't watched the miniseries for a while, so I'm not sure about that.
I checked the miniseries yesterday. The line "The bolts! They're bursting!" is NOT missing. Not sure about the other one.

"Tolle Rede, was?" (roughly: "Nice speech, huh?") from LI is definitely missing. It's a two second comment which doesn't add much in terms of content or atmosphere. Actually, people watching the movie should recognize the commander's speech as being unusual by themselves rather than being pointed towards it by some ironic comment.
I know, that the following elemnets are only in the cinema version:
in the cinema version the captain's speech is shortend to "na männer, allles klar". therefore his speech is very short. The LI ironicly comments on its length (schöne rede / great speech)
when the boat is on the great sea, the first scene is set on the tower.
in the DC and the series, the captain is talking to Werner about the photos he is taking.
in the cinema version he is talking to the men on the tower, to keep looking for enemy crafts, because spies might know the boat has departured.
in the cinema version captions are used to show how many days the boat is on the sea.
