Robert Banks Stewart R.I.P

The sad news of the death of Bergerac creator Robert Banks Stewart has been announced. Other shows he worked on included Doctor Who, The Darling Buds Of May and Lovejoy. He created Bergerac after his other creation Shoestring came to end after its star Trevor Eve opted not to do any more episodes. With his work including some of the biggest hits of UK TV Robert Banks Stewart leaves behind an impressive roster of work
