Rifle shooting competition?

Everyone else is shooting a repeating rifle or handgun, while Cardiff is shooting a single-shot plains rifle (muzzle loader). Seems like they'd be there all day for him to shoot 100 targets.

Also, it seemed inconsistent that some shooters missed one target and were out, then Cardiff had 85 of 88 and was still shooting.
