Widescreen Version?
Does anybody know if this film was ever released in Widescreen on any format VHS, Laserdisc, Beta, or DVD? Thanks for the help!
I just saw it on widescreen with Netflix on demand.

I picked up a copy of it in a two DVD/4 movie set for $5.00 at our local Wal-Mart the other day. It's in 2.35:1 Widescreen format!
It comes with The Freshmen (Matthew Broderick and Marlon Brando), Vice*Versa (Judge Reinhold and Fred Savage) and A Fine Mess (Howie Mandel and Ted Danson). I would've been happy just getting Wholly Moses for $5, but getting The Freshmen, too,... that just sweetened the deal for me. :o)
It's distributed by Mill Creek Entertainment and the copyright on the set is 2012. The movie has your basic no frills menu but does include Scene Selection.
I just did a Google of "wholly moses dvd" and the walmart online store has it for $5.38 for the 4 movie pack. A couple of other places have the TV formatted version. My suggestion? Go hit Wal-Mart. :o)

It's a funny movie (and I royally hate 'formatted for television' movies).
