I remember these movies aired on the disney channel sometime in the 80s
the first one was about this boy that makes friends with a girl and he starts to believe that she is a witch. I really liked the movie when i was way younger but can't remember the name of it
another movie the only thing I remember it was a ghost movie and the end had abunch of kids in the cellar with freaky things happening.

I'm relatively certain it aired on the Disney Channel periodically from the late-80s to mid-90s, so this could be what you're looking for. The story revolves around two kids who go exploring the local haunted house in search of the missing millions that were hidden by the former owner. If memory serves, they ultimately wind up trapped in the basement.
