Frank McRae was brilliant in this!

Frank McRae as Jim the Mechanic really makes this movie. So many classic, timelessly funny moments.

Greatest hits include:

- "Oh, just get in the mutha *beep* car!
- "I got this mutha *beep* wide open!"
- "Maroon car, my ass! It's mutha *beep* red!"
- "You mutha *beep* you!"

...and let us not forget...

- "And I knocked them mutha *beep* right on they ass, too!"

reply

Nuns no less!, Best lines.

Ephemeron.

How could you forget "jesus palamino!"?

When Toby pisses on him to wake him up and he comes busting out the door after him. I love how Toby seems to hit a 2nd gear when he was running away.

Wayne Enterprises buys and sells companies like Stark Industries

One of my favorite gags was the sleeping. The first time he's got a spray paint gun; in the second he's sleeping with a blowtorch in his hand.

As for my favorite scene, when he jumps on the car as HIGH PRICES in the commercial, I always crack up.

reply

That whole scene, as he slides off the car after being "shot" by Marshal Lucky, always leaves me in stitches!

YOU GOT ME MARSHAL!😀

nobody lives forever...

Or that look he has with the shovel when Rudy says "he thinks we're Lying Jim"

reply

Best line by far is when Rudy says nuns showed up to protest and he had to have Jim turn the fire hose on em. 'And I knocked them mutha fockers on they a$$ too!'

reply

He was fine, but he doesn't "make the movie".

reply

I loved Frank McRae's performance as Jim, he definitely stole every scene he was in, especially since he wasn't given very many lines.
